Payment
We accept major credit cards and money
transfers through PayPal. (You do not
need to have an account with PayPal to
make a purchase.) Alternately, you can
write a check for your order. Contact us
about the items that you'd like, and
we'll let you know where to send a
check. Shipments in California
will include a 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping is via one of several methods -
USPS Priority Mail with Signature
Confirmation or UPS Ground. We will
e-mail you the confirmation number, if
applicable, when your order ships.
Shipping and handling:
$0 - $99 = $7.00
$100 - $199 = $9.00
$200 - $299 = $11.00
$300 & Up = Free Shipping
All non-custom orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, after payment is received. If we cannot ship within that amount of time, we will contact you via email. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you. Additional charges will apply for large orders and international shipping.
Returns or Exchanges
All items, with the exception of Custom
Orders, may be returned within 15 days
of receipt for a full refund less
shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please
email us about your return and we will
be provide an address for you to ship
your item back to us. You are
responsible for return shipping and
insurance on all returned merchandise.
We are not responsible for returns which
are lost in transit, so for your
protection, please make sure the item
has some method of tracking. We are
unable to accept returns of worn or
damaged merchandise. Returns and
exchanges do not include include
reimbursement of original shipping and
handling fees.
